Overview
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to make a return, let us know within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, with tags and returned in its original packaging. You will also need to provide us with proof of purchase.

After your return has been accepted, we will forward instructions on how and where to ship back your package. Items returned to us without prior request will not be processed.
Damages and issues
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and immediately reach out to us if you notice damage, defects, or incorrect items. This will enable us to evaluate your issue promptly and rectify it to ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We apologize ahead of time, but there are specific types of items we cannot accept for returns, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To quickly obtain the item you desire, consider returning your current item for a refund. Then, simply make a separate purchase for the new item. This approach ensures an efficient transaction while meeting your needs.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Despite the foregoing, if your shipment arrives in the European Union, you can withdraw or return the order within 14 days of delivery, without explanation. Similarly, the product must be in an unused, “like new” state, with all labels, packaging and purchase receipts intact.
Refunds
We’ll notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund.
