Moreover, our customers tend to provide more detailed feedback than the brief “All good” remarks often found elsewhere, as they genuinely want to share their experiences with our products and services.
To ensure the authenticity of each customer review, we have implemented a thorough verification process prior to publication. This guarantees that all published reviews come from actual customers who have purchased and used our products.
Our verification process includes several methods, such as:
- Manually cross-referencing email reviews with our order history database to confirm that the reviewer has made a prior purchase before allowing the review to be published.
- Sending personalized links to customers after they complete an online order, granting them access to an online review form. This ensures that only customers who have actually purchased a product can submit a review.
